Mission

B.A.L.L. is a non-profit organization that acts as a goodwill ambassador to educate today's youth about Negro League's untold legends as a vehicle to bridge the gap between the past, present and future, and to empower and encourage them to create their legacy for future generations.

Vision

By providing educational experiences with the theme of baseball as a catalyst for career exploration, our goal is to rejuvenate youth interests in baseball and help to maintain an ongoing baseball legacy for future generations while instilling and building seven characteristics: dedication, discipline, ethics, morals, pride, respect and self-esteem.
